What happens in a Soul Session?

It’s like I take a phone call from your guides, higher self, chakras, energy bodies, and any other aspect of Spirit that has a message for you, offering you the clarity, guidance, support and healing you most need at this time. Each session takes its own unique direction depending on what your soul most needs right now. Sessions are empowering and transformative so if you are ready to step into your true self and create your best possible future reality, please make an appointment!

Soul Sessions can give you the inspiration you need to make the most of your life today. Your own soul’s energy contains all the wisdom you will ever need; a session acts like a ‘soul interpreter’ tapping into any issues wanting your attention, along with accessing information about your soul’s truth, needs, desires and potential. It can reveal the underlying reason for current situations in your life, and offer deep insights into physical, mental, emotional and spiritual issues, life direction, relationships, work, health and finances.

A session acts like a bridge between your conscious self, and the energetic aspects of you that you can’t always see, hear and feel directly including your soul/true essence/higher self, your inner child, your chakra energy centres and energetic bodies (spiritual, mental, emotional and physical). Communication may also be received from past lives, spirit guides, angels, and loved ones passed on, depending on the current needs of your soul.

How does it work via Email? 

I work with your energy and the higher realms so the information gets downloaded to me just the same whether you are halfway across the world or sitting right in front of me. The main difference is obviously instead of getting your info in spoken form, it comes through in pages of written text that you then receive in a word document. Once received you are welcome to respond with your comments and further questions!

Please include the questions or issues you would like me to focus on, on the booking form. You will receive your session within 10 days. If you need to ask any questions about the sessions in general before you make a booking, please feel free to email me.

What will my email Soul Session include?

Your session will include thorough insight into any specific questions or issues you have requested guidance for, along with any additional information that comes through via your soul and guides – they often have messages on issues that aren’t always part of your conscious questions. 

With an email session, once you have read through the guidance, you are welcome to reply with your feedback, along with any questions it may have triggered or if you need clarity on anything mentioned. 

TIP: We are now moving into a higher vibrational reality, remembering our ability to be conscious co-creators of our lives. Sessions are geared to assist you with this process in as empowering a way as possible, answering your soul's true questions. So, for questions like When am I going to meet someone? the more important question as far as your soul is concerned is: What do I need to know in order to create/attract a healthy, intimate, soulmate relationship?
