Feeling dizzy..?
I don’t know if the Schumann Resonance is the cause of, or one of the responses to, some serious energy happening today:
* Hands are tingling like electricity is running through them * Feeling dizzy, the ground underneath feels more like I’m on a boat * Bit nauseous similar to when pregnant or seasick (am neither) * Phone hasn’t been able to send texts, phone 4G internet also not working * Instagram and FB were down this morning
If you’re feeling a bit off-kilter, rest if you can, sit quietly, find whatever works for you to help you feel grounded. You might need to eat or drink, or not, lay down or go for a walk...every Body is different.
